It was perfect weather yesterday for the Bay State Trail Riders Fall Benefit Pleasure Ride and BIG Raffle. For an early fall day, it felt like mid-summer. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky, and rider turnout was excellent.
The riders met at Tourbillon Trailer Sales in North Scituate, RI, and rode the beautiful trails of Heritage Park. Returning riders enjoyed a hearty meal. The folks at Tourbillon were gracious hosts, and Mike did a wonderful job as grill chef. There were plenty of prizes in the BIG Raffle. Lynn Paresky was the lucky winner of a new EQUISTIX Equine Sports Massage tool.
Equus Athletics was there giving EQUISTIX demos and Barbara performed mini-massages on many of the returning horses. All around, it was a great day and we thank BSTRA for inviting us to be part of it.
